Problem

FDA testing required a concise, accurate guide for clinical testers running hundreds of blood tests. It needed to cover screen interactions and all physical steps in the testing cycle.

Solution

I created a step-by-step illustrated guide using spot illustrations drawn from photographs of real tasks. Refined through testing feedback, it was critical to the FDA approval process.
