On-Screen Help for Medical Device (Feature concept)

Problem

Blood sample prep errors were common, and the previous device surfaced them as cryptic error codes that sent operators hunting through paper manuals.

Solution

I designed a new error-state pattern using images and plain instructions, eliminating the need for code lookups. An automated slide show guided operators through sample prep before errors occurred. The caption-only structure made localization simple across 14 languages, and the feature became one of the device's strongest selling points.
